WE DO NOT OFFER CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS. Please place your order carefully.

In the event of shipping damage, items may be exchanged if stock is available.

Flat rate shipping, if selected, is processed DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) wherever available. However, your country may assess additional VAT/tax duties beyond our control. If you refuse a package for additional duties due and it is sent back to us, we cannot refund any associated shipping costs.

You have 60 days to notify us if you do not receive your order. Items may be lost by international shippers. While every effort will be made to replace lost orders or file a loss claim, we cannot make guarantees on behalf of the carrier. If you do not notify us within 60 days of your order, you will not be eligible for refund.
