We create rare edition collectibles that sell out quickly, and our production and shipping process is often similarly fast. Therefore, we are unfortunately unable to offer cancellations or refunds after purchase. Please order carefully. 

In rare cases, if numbered stock is unavailable due to damage or loss, we will ship unnumbered stock in replacement. We print an extremely small amount of most units, so in even rarer cases we may have to cancel and refund orders when we do not have replacement stock.

When you order items that are still in production, alongside items that have already been produced, all items will be held and will ship when the entire order is ready. For this reason, you may want to place a separate order for preorder items.
