If you are emailing us and not receiving a response after more than a week (or if you are receiving a rejection from our server), please try the following:
  • Please email again from another account. It's possible that something is wrong with your email and it’s being blacklisted by our server. Try to resend from another account.
  • Please do NOT try to contact support via social media. Aside from our Discord administrator, those running social media cannot effectively respond to your support concerns. In addition, we are likely to miss your post.
